Overcoming Challenges During Pride Month

Humana is taking intentional steps to nurture a culture where all employees, no matter who they are, feel like they can bring their full selves to our organization and do their best work. Only then can we make the best decisions for our customers to ensure that they all have a fair and just opportunity to experience their best health. 

This Pride Month, we are celebrating what makes our LGBTQIA+ associates unique and acknowledging the struggles, past and present, the LGBTQIA+ community face in the fight for equal treatment.
